Shipping & Returns
FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING
From the time your order is placed and the date when you receives it, there are two processes to consider.
Fulfillment: Standard fulfillment time is 2-7 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and left our vendor's building you will receive a notification with shipping information if applicable. Depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it may take longer than usual.
Shipping: Shipping can range from within 1-8 business days (1-20 for international orders) depending on the courier and level of service you select.
If you ordered multiple items from our store, you may receive your order in multiple shipments depending on your items.
Unfortunately for now we doesn't ship orders to Cuba, Iran, and North Korea. We ship internationally to all other countries!
Depending on the package size, value and your location, import fees may apply in the country of delivery. These fees are beyond our control and you are required to pay them to receive your package.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Since all the prints are on-demand, We only offer returns and/or exchanges for misprinted/damaged/defective items. Any claims must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. We ask for photo verification of the damaged goods sent to Hello@kalikutapparel.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
Please check out the size charts to make sure you get the right size :) in case you ordered a wrong size, let us know and we will try to help as much as we could :)
Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our vendor's facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our vendor's facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.
